She has held both sales and leadership roles within one of Florida’s largest health system, where she combined both her healthcare and business experience. Ms. Toussaint is also the creator of The Employer’s STEP Advantage, a series of consulting packages for use by consultants that are designed to assist employer in addressing all phases of injury management.

Frank Pennachio, sr. consultant and trainer
Mr. Pennachio has over 30 years of employer sales and insurance industry experience. Prior to co-founding the Institute of WorkComp Professionals, a training organization for insurance agents, Mr. Pennachio started WorkComp Partners, a retail insurance agency specializing in workers compensation insurance. Mr. Pennachio is a key contributor to the company’s product development strategy, consults with employers and lead the Partnership Training Program.

Ms. Stenger, an insurance agent with over 10 years of experience in both workers compensation and personal injury lines joined injury management partners at its’ inception. In her role as Partner Relations Coordinator, Ms. Stenger facilitates all aspects of business operations and partner support.
